Refund Policy for Piloise

At Piloise, we are dedicated to providing products that effectively solve your fitness and wellness needs. We stand behind the quality of our products and recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within the 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at support@piloise.com.

Cancellation Policy

You may request changes or cancellations to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may have already entered processing, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We’re confident in the effectiveness of our products, and we encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their benefits. If you are not satisfied after 14 days and within the 60-day guarantee period, you can return your items. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team through the form on our Contact page or email us directly at support@piloise.com. To expedite your return, include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing the order.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. A product is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken. Damage to packaging, such as dents or scratches, does not qualify as product damage if the product itself is in good condition.

If your product arrives damaged, please email us at support@piloise.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include a clear photo of the damage in your email. If the item qualifies as damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, customs issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Piloise is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, if the incorrect address is not updated within this timeframe, you will not be eligible for a resend or a refund.
